"Bride in the Solomons" is alive with excitement and filled with facts that are stranger than fiction. In addition, it is lavishly illustrated with 64 incomparable pictures of the local peoples and customs as Osa saw them. The book was dedicated to "The Boys in the Armed Services, in the Solomons and elsewhere throughout the world.".   Jesus did not experience the joys of earthly marriage, family, and sex that we so easily regard as our rights. In the Bible book, The Song of Solomon, Solomon describes his bride. An artist decided to draw Solomon's bride exactly the way Solomon describes her.
